WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you wish, you can pick up your order at any of our stores. However, if you prefer that we send it to you, you will receive your purchase at the shipping address you have indicated.

Remember that you can indicate a delivery address that is different from the customer's address. This is very useful in cases where you want to give a gift, if you spend more time at work than at home or if you are going to be away from your usual address for a while.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AND WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Delivery times depend on the destination of the order placed, and will begin to count from the moment we receive payment for it. They always refer to working days.

In the case of some bulky, heavy or fragile decorative items , they can only be delivered in the capital of Madrid.
